PROPERTY developer Mitraland has launched its Mediterranean-inspired serviced apartment Adria, the second tower of Phase 2A under its Gravit8 project.
Priced from RM500 per sq ft, Adria comprises 342 units, accentuating layouts with two to three rooms ranging from 631sq ft to 1,046sq ft, with a minimum of two parking bays per unit.
Making its debut after the Scandinavian-themed apartment Nordica, the 32-storey tower is strategically located in Klang among other themed residential towers, Klang Valley’s first maritime-themed retail mall Pier8, corporate offices and a boutique hotel.
Mitraland Group chief executive officer Chuah Theong Yee said the towers, inspired by the different seas around the world, were designed to give its residents a unique and iconic living experience.
“Adria is a concept that is strongly influenced by the western Mediterranean region with Greek, Roman and Slavic designs. The lobby will be rich in design elements, stonework, arches and textured walls to create a pleasant and cooling atmosphere.
“Since its launch on Sept 3, we have received positive feedback from visitors with a take-up rate of 50%,” he said.
Gravit8’s two other residential towers under Phase 2B will feature Japanese- and Thai-inspired residential blocks named Ashino and Andaman respectively.
Both phases of the residential component will highlight a 1.2ha environment deck featuring a large green space that will paint the garden themes of the respective two towers.
Each residential tower boasts an individual function hall placed in front of the infinity swimming pool while other facilities include a gym, reading room, game room, kindergarten, playgrounds, designated changing rooms, a jogging track and multipurpose sport courts.
“We are planning to launch Andaman in March and Ashino in the second half of 2017, depending on the market scenario. We hope the public will appreciate the uniqueness of Gravit8 and see its potential in this location,” Chuah added.
With the total gross development value of RM1.3bil, the 6.07ha freehold project will be built around a 3.2ha lake with integrated walkways and numerous water features as well as beautiful green landscapes.
Easily accessible via the Shah Alam Expressway and Federal Highway, the residential development is expected to be completed by 2020 while the entire Gravit8 project is expected to be completed by 2025.
