KUALA LUMPUR: Malton Bhd recently launched its final tower of River Park, a 47-storey high-rise with 452 units, after the launch of its previous towers received approximately a 70% take-up rate.
At the launch, Malton announced its partnership with Maybank to provide River Park home buyers financing for home interior improvement, such as furnishings, fittings and interior design works. Maybank MyDeco integrates the Maybank home financing with Maybank MyDeco financing to secure an additional facility of up to 30%, for a total facility of up to 120% of the property price for interior transformation expenses.
