Love Harbour at The Riviera, Melaka
PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s first love-themed harbour, Love Harbour Melaka was recently launched at The Riviera, Melaka.
The harbour is a collaboration project between Mythas Legacy Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian-based property management and First Avenue Partners (Asia) Sdn Bhd, a tourist attraction development company.
The harbour features classical European architectural design houses extensive businesses which are:
- Boutique hotels
- A wide range of F&B establishments
- Bridal shops and other specialty shops
- Wedding planning services
- Cross-century love theme pavilion
According to the statement, Mythas Legacy Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Hedki Heng said that the new harbour strives to become a major tourist attraction both locally and internationally, which in turn will boost tourism and economy in Malacca and the country.
“We target the revenue projection to be RM32mil in the first year, RM48mil million in the following year and RM72mil in the third year,” added Hedki.
