KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd recently won the Property Excellence Award and CSR Excellence Award at the Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards 2018, making it the group’s third consecutive victory over the past three years.

In the press release, Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said, “It has been 24 years since Mah Sing ventured into property development and we strive for nothing less than excellence. We want to create value by delivering quality homes at the affordable range, and we would like to thank our staff and customers in believing us along this journey.”

Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “We are grateful that our CSR efforts and initiatives were recognised by the judges as well. The year 2018 is the 13th year since Mah Sing Foundation’s establishment, and we are honoured to be able to give back to the community. We hope that we would be able to do more and reach out to the underprivileged communities with the support of our generous donors.

Mah Sing currently has 47 projects ranging from landed and high-rise residential, mixed commercial developments, integrated business parks and industrial developments in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, Johor, Penang as well as Sabah. The Group’s upcoming projects include M Vertica in Cheras, M Centura in Sentul, and two types of 2-storey link homes in Meridin East, Johor.
