M Vertica Sales Gallery opened right next to actual site
KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd subsidiary Cordova Land Sdn Bhd (Cordova) signed the sales and purchase agreement for the land acquisition of 11.233 acres prime land.
The land is planned to be developed into M Vertica, an integrated development offering 850 sq ft service residences indicatively priced from RM450,000, set to be previewed in 2H2017.
It is located opposite Courts Mammoth along Batu 2½ Jalan Cheras and is just 800m from Sunway Velocity Mall.

With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM2.2bil, M Vertica is targeted at first-time home buyers and some upgraders due to its value proposition of quality products in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
The land currently houses a surau, Kompleks Belia Bandaraya, and the aged Stadium Badminton Kuala Lumpur which will be reconstructed.
Mah Sing Group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said in a statement, “We will continue to focus on developing more affordably priced homes to cater to the market’s demand.
“We are looking at residential suites from 850 sq ft at an indicative price from RM450,000 or RM530psf and a choice of bigger units at 1,000 sq ft.
“In fact, we recently opened M Vertica Sales Gallery next to the actual site. This is to give potential buyers a clear idea of the locality of the development.
“We have already started registration of interest for the first phase of M Vertica on www.mvertica.com.my which has garnered more than 8500 registrants, and is on track to reach our target of 10,000 registrants,” added Tan Sri Leong.
The development is designed with flexible layouts from three to four bedrooms, suitable for a wide range of target markets including first-time home buyers, working professionals, young families and home upgraders who are looking to live in the vicinity of the city centre.
M Vertica, the tallest residential building in KL will feature a fantastic city view with 4.5 acres of landscape and provide a total of 38 facilities which include a clubhouse that houses a badminton, tennis and basketball court.
