Mah Sing wraps up its Chinese New Year open houses celebration at the M Arisa Sales Gallery.

KUALA LUMPUR: In keeping with its tagline ‘Reinvent Space. Enhance Life’, Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) will continue to launch more affordable homes and rollout attractive promotions this year.

For the first half of 2020, the developer will focus on M Luna in Kepong and M Adora in Wangsa Melawati, Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

“Moreover, we are also planning to launch the final tower of our M Vertica in Cheras soon, following the positive response garnered for the previous towers,” he said after celebrating the last of the group’s nationwide series of Chinese New Year 2020 open houses at the M Arisa Sales Gallery.

M Arisa, its second affordable residential development in Sentul, is a high-rise residential project with units from 550 sq ft to 1,025 sq ft at prices starting from just RM299,000.

 With the Homes of Prosperity Campaign, buyers who book a Mah Sing home from now until Feb 29 this year will stand to win shopping vouchers, cash vouchers, shopping spree and renovation subsidies. The campaign is open to all Mah Sing purchasers who have successfully booked their respective properties within this period.

The participating projects in the central region include M Vertica, M Luna, M Oscar, M Centura, M Arisa and others. In Johor, participating projects include Meridin@Medini, Meridin Bayvue in Sierra Perdana, Meridin East in Pasir Gudang and i-Parc in Tanjung Pelepas.
