PETALING JAYA: M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd recently signed a group purchase agreement worth RM88mil with ANB Group for its M101 Bukit Bintang project.
M101 Bukit Bintang will house the Monopoly Mansion by Sirocco - a Monopoly-themed hotel situated in Bukit Bintang. The hotel features 255 rooms with built-up up to 872 sq ft and priced at RM1,800 per sq ft.
“We are very pleased that in less than a month since we have licensed Monopoly from Hasbro, we have sold more than 80 units internationally.
“Overall, we are only opening 100 units for sale. Ten units will be reserved for the local market so that Malaysians also have an opportunity to be part of the World’s first Monopoly-themed hotel,” said M101 chief executive officer Datuk Seth Yap.
The overall look and feel of the hotel will resonate of the distinctive character of Mr Monopoly’s energetic, charming, experienced and successful lifestyle with class. The hotel will also boast thematic facilities, bar and restaurant.
Monopoly Mansion by Sirocco is scheduled to be opened in 2019 and will be managed and operated by Sirocco.
