PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Berhad’s lifestyle-concept development BSP21 won LBS’s fourth consecutive Asia Pacific Property Award (APPA), receiving Five Star Award for Best Development Marketing Malaysia.
LBS also won the with its as well as Five Star Interior Design Show Home Malaysia award for its semi-detached homes, Corallia.
“The recognition for BSP 21 and Corallia further cements our presence as a driving force in the Malaysian property sector and as a recognised developer across international markets,” said LBS managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San.
Launched in 2015, BSP21 was strategically located within an award-winning township, Bandar Saujana Putra.
Spread across 21 acres with over 70 fitness and recreational amenities, it was developed with singles and young families in mind. With a GDV of RM1.4 billion, the take-up rate for BSP 21’s five blocks was significantly positive at 94%.
Corallia was launched in 2015 as a two-phase collection of semi-detached homes that are located within the idyllic D’ Island residence, which was known for its landscaped lake.
Corallia comprised of 142 units which sits on 19 acres. Built for home-buyers and investors alike, Corallia had a GDV of RM240 million.
The 2016 APPA received hundreds of entries from 25 countries in Asia Pacific.
The four award categories are development, architecture, real estate and interior design.
The APPA judging panel comprised 70 internationally renowned professionals and notable industry experts from a range of property-related disciplines. APPA entries were independently judged and focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
