PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) has launched SkyRia, comprising two blocks of serviced apartments with a gross development value of RM457mil. Totaling 699 units, SkyRia is the latest phase of the D’Island Residence in Puchong.
Group executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San said SkyRia was meticulously crafted to be the perfect starter home.
