PETALING JAYA: Township developer LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) has unveiled Melodi Perdana, the first high-rise in the township of LBS Alam Perdana.
With a gross development value of RM562mil, the development was built on the main pillars of LBS, namely affordability, connectivity and community. Melodi Perdana comprises four blocks of apartments, offering a total of 1,520 units, with prices starting from RM359,900 for a three-bedroom and two-bathroom layout.
These units, with an average built-up size of 901 sq ft, are targeted towards first-time homeowners, upgraders and working professionals seeking modern homes supported by excellent amenities. Facilities include a gym, swimming pool, badminton court, futsal court, basketball court, yoga deck and balcony with a green ambience.
“LBS Alam Perdana township has been and remains a focus for LBS since its maiden launch in Nov 2017,” said LBS managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San.
He added that almost all units of phase one, Simfoni Perdana, and phase two, Irama Perdana, were sold out within 24 months after its debut. “Encouraged by the overwhelming response received for the first two phases, we launched phase three, Rentak Perdana, which comprised of 856 units of double-storey terrace houses, within the next 12 months,” Lim said.
According to him, the third phase also enjoyed strong interest and support from home buyers and customers as evidenced in more than 80% of the units sold in less than two years since the launch. Lim believed Melodi Perdana would further enhance the vibrancy of the township, and to emulate the earlier phases, continue to perform well for the group.
Strategically located in a rapidly growing suburb, the development is served by an excellent road network. Melodi Perdana is easily accessible via the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, LATAR Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway and Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway which is scheduled to be completed by 2020.
