Like all success stories, the one about LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) began with one man’s vision. This vision sprouted in the 1960's when Datuk Seri Lim Bock Seng founded a construction business in Petaling Jaya.
Under his leadership, LBS saw a decade of rapid growth that turned the developer's humble beginnings to a robust business. Taking the lead in terms of growth for LBS, is Bandar Saujana Putra (BSP), a fully integrated township spanning 850 acres. Next, LBS is focusing on the launch of a new phase within its 175-acre D’ Island Residence set in thriving Puchong. The new phase of this island-themed township is christened Nautilus Phase 2.
This second phase of Nautilus is low-dense, offering 53 units of two-storey superlink homes, set across a plinth of 7.79 acres.
Buyers can choose from a range of land plots offered between 2,400 sq ft and 7,061 sq ft while, individual home built-up vary between 3,042 sq ft and 3,951sq ft. All superlink homes in this phase come with four-plus-one bedrooms and five bathrooms, selling from RM1,245,900.
