Like all success stories, the one about LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) began with one man’s vision. This vision sprouted in the 1960's when Datuk Seri Lim Bock Seng founded a construction business in Petaling Jaya.
Under his leadership, LBS saw a decade of rapid growth that turned the developer's humble beginnings to a robust business. When the baton was passed to Tan Sri Lim Hock San, LBS began to set its sights on shaping and enhancing communities via venturing into the property development sector in the 1990's.
In 2015, under the strong leadership of Tan Sri Lim Hock San, LBS achieved beyond the company's RM1bil sales target in an economically challenging period. The developer’s objective was to ensure that quality homes were built at the most affordable prices, generating maximum value to homeowners as well as company stakeholders.
Taking the lead in terms of growth for LBS, is Bandar Saujana Putra (BSP), a fully integrated township spanning 850 acres. BSP is a township where homes are set amidst 40 acres of open green spaces, including 11 lakes, which require low-maintenance sustainability features to promote community living.
This township is well connected with major highways and is in close proximity to medical and education institutions. Within the year 2015, LBS had successfully completed and handed over BSP Skypark, Royal Ivory 2 and a number of factory lots, hence completing the last landed residential development within the township.
These projects collectively accumulated a GDV of RM608mil, with a total of 999 units of mixed-development as BSP continues to grow and mature. Current projects include the development of a commercial hub situated in the heart of the township.
Next, LBS is focusing on the launch of a new phase within its 175-acre D’ Island Residence set in thriving Puchong. The new phase of this island-themed township is christened Nautilus Phase 2.
This second phase of Nautilus is low-dense, offering 53 units of two-storey superlink homes, set across a plinth of 7.79 acres.
Buyers can choose from a range of land plots offered between 2,400 sq ft and 7,061 sq ft while, individual home built-up vary between 3,042 sq ft and 3,951sq ft. All superlink homes in this phase come with four-plus-one bedrooms and five bathrooms, selling from RM1,245,900.
Homes offered within the newest phase of D’ Island Residence are unique, as each home paints a contemporary façade, featuring a split-level design at the first floor. Each home also incorporates 14 ft ceiling height and huge glass doors at the living area, allowing natural sunlight and ventilation. Outside, owners will be pleased with the spacious car porch as well as back yard areas, perfect for family activities.
Buying a home within this phase of Nautilus doesn’t only mean that home owners can be house-proud but, it also means that each home owner has rewarded their family as well as themselves, with the luxury of having less traffic sound as well as welcome the cozy ambience of the lake breeze. Homeowners here will also find themselves living away from high-rise development, thus providing a comfy environment, and a green pocket garden thus, encouraging communal activities.
As for daily needs, residents of D’ Island will be spoilt for choice as there are many well-established and bustling mature commercial areas available within Puchong such as IOI Mall Puchong, Tesco Extra Puchong in Pusat Bandar Puchong and Tesco Extra Puchong in Batu Dua Belas.
D' Island Residence is easily accessible via four highways, namely LDP, Elite, SKVE and MEX. Exclusive yet highly convenient with an established road network, it is a mere 17km to Cyberjaya, 20km to Putrajaya and 30km to Kuala Lumpur.
