Awards received at StarProperty.my Awards 2018:
- Excellence Award in the Best Touch and Feel category for its Simfoni Perdana development.
- Honours Award in the Neighbourhood category for its LBS Alam Perdana development.
- Merit Award in the Long Life category for its BSP21 development
- All-Star Awards – Top Ranked Developers of the Year
