KUCHING: The latest block of the Skyvilla Residence condominiums in Batu Kawah New Township now on sale, and its showroom opens today.
In a press release, the developer, MJC City Development Sdn Bhd, said the latest block, called Bella, consisted of 16 floors with only eight units per floor, offering privacy and comfort.
“Each unit has a semi-detached (house) layout, featuring good ventilation and natural lighting in the units,” said a press release.
Units have built-up between 1,001sq ft and 1,377sq ft with views over either of Kuching city centre, about 10 minutes away by car, or the exclusive resident’s clubhouse.
The booming township is about 7km from Kuching International Airport.
The developer said features included “six security points” that includes 24-hour surveillance. “Every unit will also have a private intercom to the guardhouse. Additional security is also provided with patrolling guards, CCTVs and 1.83m fencing.”
Lifestyle features include an Olympic-sized swimming pool, rooftop gardens, children’s playground, barbecue pits and a mini theatre.
The price starts from only RM74.20 a day.
