PETALING JAYA: Land & General Bhd set to grow in near future as the company expected two of their developments to be launched over the next six months.
Land & General Bhd chief executive officer Low Gay Teck said the developments have a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM710mil. The developments are expected to perform favourably and contribute positively to the company’s performance.
Low said the company would be launching the first phase of Sena Parc, which consists of 533 units of terraced and semi-d houses with a GDV of RM230mil.
“For the Sena Parc, our landed project in Senawang, we are bullish that the take-up would be positive,” he said after the company’s annual general meeting yesterday.
He also added that in the first quarter of next year, Land & General would also be launching their condominium in Damansara, known as Damansara Seresta.
“It is the second phase of our completed Damansara Foresta that will comprise 452 units of condominiums. The total GDV is RM480mil,” he said.
Low said that Land & General’s existing land bank currently stands at 3,000 acres.
