In the age of the Internet of Things (IoT), the disruption in the form of new technologies and new businesses models has been the norm.
The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) will be addressing the issue in the 27th National Real Estate Convention (NREC) 2018 themed “Real Estate Trends: 2018 & Beyond”.
This year the convention will be held at PJ Hilton hotel on Mac 8 (Thursday) from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
“The focus of the convention is more on what is happening now, and what do we expect to happen in a few years time,” said ExaStrata solutions chief executive officer Sr. Adzman Shah in the press conference held recently.
The one-day convention will be presenting seven renowned speakers with various topics to deal with the upcoming perspective changes of real estate development.
“Besides the seven speakers papers presentation, we will also organise a forum called Leader’s Dialogue: Redefining the Future Direction of Real Estate,” he added.
The three panelist who is also the speaker on that day is Axis Reit Managers Bhd head of investment Siva Shanker, RISM president Datuk Sr Lau Wai Seang and Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd director of research Sulaiman Akhmady Mohd Saheh.
