Mah Sing’s Meridin East offers one of the largest townships in Iskandar Malaysia.

SPRAWLED across 1,313 acres, Mah Sing group’s Meridin East is a mixed development township nestled in the Eastern Zone of Iskandar Malaysia, a region which has seen an impressive rate of large-scale development since its initiation as one of the five economic corridors under the Ninth Malaysia Plan in 2006.

Meridin East is Mah Sing’s fifth township in Johor. With a total Gross Development Value of RM8bil at the end of the 25-year estimated development period, it is also Mah Sing’s biggest ever township development in Johor.

Eden offers 116 units of homes with a larger built-up area. At 2,033 sq ft, the 20’ x 75’ double-storey link homes are priced from RM453,900 onwards. The 22’ x 82’ shops and the homes are now open for registration.

Other types of housing units include link semi-detached, semi-detached and shop offices with estimated built-up areas of 1,800 sq ft, 2,200 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft respectively.
