PETALING JAYA: JKG Land Bhd has signed a partnership agreement with Signature Kitchen, Teka, Daikin and Rubine.
The signing ceremony was recently held at The ERA Sales Gallery.
The synergistic partnership will provide interior fit-out packages for kitchens and bedrooms for existing and future purchasers of The ERA project.
Named as the Auspicious Collection Package, it consists of wardrobe and kitchen cabinetry from Signature Kitchen, kitchen appliances from Teka, air-conditioning systems from Daikin and water-heating systems from Rubine.
“We strongly believe in adding value to our purchasers’ investment”, said JKG Land Bhd managing director Datuk Teh Kean Ming.
“These four brands are reputable in the home furnishing industry. We are confident that they will add value to our project,” he added.
Teh said he hoped the fit-out package will relieve purchasers from the hassle of installations since it will be completed by the handover time.
The company also signed a partnership with their main contractor for the Superstructure Works Contract for the ERA Phase 1 project.
“For Tower A, the non-Bumiputera allocations are all taken up, and for Tower B, the take-up rate is 50%,” said Teh.
The ERA@Duta North is a 14.8-acre mixed-development a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM2.5bil. It is set to be completed within ten years. The three towers would offer a total of 2900 units ranging from 614 to 2,928 sq ft.
