PETALING JAYA: Gamuda Land Bhd is optimistic that their latest offering, the 17.18 acre Hana Gardens located within their Jade Hills township in Kajang, would be met with the positive response after recording encouraging sales for its first phase.
The company has sold all 32 units for the first phase of the development.
Gamuda Land chief operating officer Ngan Chee Meng said the company targets potential buyers would well receive the second stage of the development.
“As of last year, we have achieved around RM160mil, and for this year, we are eyeing around RM210mil.
“I think RM50mil more is achievable with the contribution of the recently launched Hana Gardens and because Jade Hills is more developed today, so buyers are more confident in the established township,” Ngan added during the grand opening of Jade Hills sales gallery recently.
The second phase will comprise 44 units of two-storey link semi-detached homes, 21 units of three-storey link villas and 16 units of three-storey link semi-detached homes.
The prices of the homes range from RM1.2mil to RM1.4mil for the link villas.
Jade Hills cover 338 acres of land in Kajang has flourished into a self-contained, premium, low density, green town.
Ngan also added the company has planned to launch a new commercial place Jade Square, which will be ready in 2020.
Ngan Chee Meng said the hills were preserved to give the town a sense of place and further enhanced with serene lakes and lush landscapes to provide The Hills homes with pleasant vistas, The Garden homes with shady green canopies and The Lake homes with waterfront views.
“Ten years on, Jade Hills remains a desirable address in Kajang known for its well-maintained green environment, high-quality premium products, excellent community facilities as well as a good location that is easily accessible from six highways.
“As a result of our holistic approach, we have good capital appreciation in Jade Hills of between 15% to 35%,” Ngan said.
Jade Hills is currently 60% completed and 71% occupied. It will be home to 10,000 communities with a total of approximately 2,500 homes upon its full completion by 2025.
The township was given Malaysia Landscape Architecture Award in 2010 under the Developer (Master Plan) category for well-planned landscaping.
