For the past three years, StarProperty.my has been organising a national-level awards competition for property developers.

This year, StarProperty.my Awards 2018 will be held on March 14 in Kuala Lumpur. To qualify, participating developers are required to submit their top developments and undergo a rigorous face-to-face presentation with a panel of judges comprising presidents of various associations and leaders of supporting industries.

Being a judge on this panel is never easy. Most participating developers are of high calibre, and the submitted developments for consideration are unique and inspiring.

It is during the face-to-face presentation that the judges can ask pointed questions and where the developments have their nuances eked out, evaluated, graded and then scored. The submissions for 2018 is no less impressive compared to those of previous years. Some are spectacular even.

The sheer commitment shown by the participants towards making their developments landmarks in Malaysia is a great indication of their determination to be different and also to make a difference in the real estate landscape.

The competition among the developers to produce products that are well accepted by their targeted buyers or investors, either local or abroad, will bode well for Malaysia’s economy. Well done to all participants and congratulations in advance to the winners!
