PETALING JAYA: Roxy-Pacific and Macly Group introduced an exciting perspective of urban living to city dwellers with the inauguration of The Luxe by Infinitum located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
The Luxe is a self-contained world of luxury and refinement by the trending “shoe-box design” and “dual-key” concept that is most demanded in Singapore, Hong Kong and the US, as it provides great flexibility for the buyer on how to use the space.
This mini apartment is amazingly compact, comfortable quality homes when compared to a typical family condo in Malaysia of about 1,200 to 1,800 sq ft.
“The shoe-box apartment, also commonly known as ‘mini studio’, could be as small as 500 sq ft in Singapore,” said Macly Group managing director Herman Chang in launch of The Luxe recently.
He added that the “shoe-box” units are smaller in Singapore, and The Luxe in Malaysia is offering larger space ranging from 675 to 1,180 sq ft to suit the market.
The Infinitum is joint-venture development by Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited and Macly Group. The Luxe, Tower B, is the second phase of Infinitum and consists of 43 storeys with 300 residential units and 31 commercial units.
“Through the unique dual-key feature, owners are able to rent out the other micro studio and still enjoy the privacy living next door. With this smart investment model, it will create the benefit of dual-income,” added Chang.
The freehold mixed development is located on a 1.389 acres of land with a grossing development value of RM800mil.
Macly Equity Sdn Bhd head of sales and marketing Catherine Wong said that they are confident of the quality and pricing of the product as the boutique suites offer a competitive and easy ownership package at RM 1,350.00 per sq ft.
The Luxe is surrounded with amenities and facilities inside the Golden Triangle at Kuala Lumpur city centre and is connected to key locations within minutes, including shopping malls such as Quill City Mall, Maju Junction Mall, and SOGO Shopping Mall.
The development is near to healthcare facilities such as General Hospital Kuala Lumpur, IJN Heart Institute and Hospital Pusrawi.
