AS a prominent developer in the country with many accolades under its belt, Eco World Development Group Bhd (Eco World Malaysia) has been industrious in creating townships that residents are proud to call home.
With meticulous attention to detail and a slew of facilities, the developer is committed to setting the conditions that will enhance the living experience at its various projects which can be found along the peninsula in Penang, the Klang Valley and Iskandar Malaysia.
Eco Ardence in Shah Alam bears testament to the developer’s aspirations to not only provide the best products to buyers but also creating a holistic ecosystem for families to thrive. Spanning 533 acres and inspired by modern tropical design elements, this mixed-development township comprises gated and guarded residential as well as integrated commercial segments.
Eco Ardence is accessible via the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Elite Highway and Guthrie Corridor Expressway. After the launch of Aeres in 2016 and followed by Dremien and Ardence Crest last year, Eco World Malaysia is now planning to launch anew residential phase in Eco Ardence known as Nara.
Scheduled to be launched by the fourth quarter of this year, Nara will comprise 308 residential units made up of Garden Homes and Courtyard Homes. Security is a priority as Nara features dedicated guardhouses and an exclusive clubhouse within the precinct.
Located just before Setia Alam, Eco Ardence is surrounded by a wide range of modern amenities and is connected by major highways to key destinations. Beautifully-crafted garden units and courtyard homes offer a sense of serenity as residents live alongside nature with Zen-inspired landscapes that include back-lane gardens.
With strong building blocks, Eco Ardence is poised to become a vibrant suburban centre of art, culture and commerce.
Ardence Labs up and running
Launched in April 2018, Ardence Labs spans 22 acres with built-ups ranging from 290 to 2,000 sq ft. This mixed development includes retail components built for enterprises as well as visitors and families who want to enjoy their free time.
Ardence Labs will have 26 retail and F&B shops, a supermarket, two football fields, a co-working space, an urban pets hotel, events space, and education hub. The retail component has been well received with 30 brands joining in as tenants.
Eco Ardence divisional general manager Liew Tian Xiong said the creation of Ardence Labs was inspired by a desire to encourage the arts, culture and commerce.
“We offer customised spaces for growing retail and F&B brands or co-working spaces for startups to realise their blueprints and business plans. The Eco World Labs Series is a retro modern retail concept that targets working professionals, young families as well as new startups. It offers a carefully curated and customisable space to jump-start commercial activity in Eco World Malaysia’s developments. Besides Ardence Labs at Eco Ardence, the other Labs include Grandeur Labs at Eco Grandeur in the Klang Valley and Spring Labs at Eco Spring in Iskandar Malaysia.
Industry in an urban setting
Exploring the look and feel of an industrial workspace, the Lab concept revolves around the up cycle of readily available materials and converting them into eye-catching features within the urban space, making it n environment suited for young entrepreneurs.
While Labs may be designed for businesses, their focus is on foot traffic. The idea was to build Labs as an outdoor mall with theme park elements, operating at regulars hopping mall hours with two main overarching concepts: themed and open space.
A standard for each Lab offered by EcoWorld Malaysia is outdoor Al Fresco seating along the shopfront, shaded walkways, interesting playscapes, greenscapes, artscapes and streetscapes. Wandering into the world of themed-space experiences, the extravagant and over-the-top architecture gives off a warm and inviting feeling that’s ideal for families to relax and explore every space.
The minimalist open-space concept keeps things contemporary and young while enticing the older generation to step out of their comfort zone into spacious venues either indoors or outdoors.
