PETALING JAYA: Hua Yang Bhd unveiled its new flagship development, Puchong Horizon, a 29.21-acre leasehold mixed development recently.

Puchong Horizon comprises residential and commercial components which include serviced apartments, SoHos and commercial lots. The development will be introduced in three phases, starting with Phase 1A, which was introduced on Feb 27.

“As a property developer, we are well aware of the need for affordable housing in Malaysia, especially in strategic locations in central Klang Valley. Beyond the price of a home alone, we understand that buyers consider multiple factors when making a purchase, such as accessibility and connectivity, amenities in the surrounding area as well as the facilities offered within the development,” said Hua Yang chief executive officer Ho Wen Yan in a statement.

Puchong Horizon can be accessible from a number of highways and is located close to a variety of amenities. The development is also a short drive away from the Puchong LRT stations.
