HOUSE buyers of PYP Sdn Bhd’s Dahlia double-story terrace houses at Pakatan Jaya, Ipoh, have started to collect their keys.
The sold-out housing project was completed a year ahead of schedule last month, with all its 216 units snapped up during its launch two years ago.
A buyer, who only wanted to be known as Wa, from Kampar said he was excited to get his new home much earlier than expected.
“My family initially planned to move in next year.
“But since our new home has been completed, we might change our plan.
“The overall quality and workmanship is good,” he said.
“The house is considered affordable, even when compared to similar properties in Kampar,” he added.
Wa, along with a friend, were the first two buyers who queued up at night before the preview and launch of the project in 2016.
PYP Sdn Bhd director Datuk Yeoh Seok Kian thanked the buyers for their support and hoped for more support from the people.
“We are extremely happy to have successfully completed and delivered the new homes just before Chinese New Year.
“The completion of Dahlia a year ahead of schedule is our commitment to house buyers in Ipoh who have supported us all these years,” he said.
Following the success of Dahlia, the developer has also launched Camellia that featured a modern lifestyle theme in its double-storey terrace homes on a bigger lot size of 20’ x 75’.
Each home offers generous built-up areas from 167.2 sqm, 4+1 bedrooms and three bathrooms, with two rooms located on the ground floor for added convenience.
