In line with its name – “Horizon”, shoppers will be spoilt for choice as the racetrack circulation architecture is designed to create maximum outlet visibility. In addition, the outlet mall promises global standards in fixtures and amenities to deliver an unrivalled outlet shopping experience.
Horizon Group Properties international business managing director David Nelson said apart from retail brands, HVO will have tourism-based products and leisure attractions that will cater to tourists and locals.
HVO will also feature a serene open-air ambience with weather-proof walkways. The design of HVO ensures optimum air movement within the walkways and corridors for a cool and ventilated shopping experience. Shoppers and coaches will benefit from the covered underground parking and dedicated parking for coaches.
“We are excited to be the very first outlet shopping mall that is positioned within a township. Outlet shopping centres allow aspirational shoppers to experience and adopt the brand in an accessible format, as they transit towards full priced stores in the near future,” Skoien added.
