NINETY prizes were given out to those who bought their Gamuda Land properties between Nov 25, 2016 and Feb 28 this year.
Ho Vui Khiong, who bought a Bukit Bantayan Residences unit in Kota Kinabalu, and joint buyers Ng Qing-Mim and Tan Mei Fong who bought a unit in Horizon Hills, Iskandar Puteri Johor, won the two grand prizes of an additional RM48,000 rebate for their properties.
Another three buyers won a RM10,000 rebate each for the property they purchased while 80 others won RM1,000 shopping vouchers each.
“We are happy with the warm response towards the promotion.
“Customers who buy a home in our developments know that they are buying a place where they will feel a sense of belonging,” said Gamuda Land chief operating officer Ngan Chee Meng.
The buyers who attended the ceremony at Gamuda Walk in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam were pleasantly surprised when the company decided to increase the number of prizes as a gesture of appreciation to the attendees.
Five buyers went home with RM1,000 rebate each on the property that they bought from Gamuda Land.
The Gamuda Land 40th Anniversary promotion rewards buyers as part of the company’s celebration.
Participating projects are Kundang Estates in North Sungai Buloh, Jade Hills in Kajang, Madge Mansions and The Robertson in Kuala Lumpur, HighPark Suites in Petaling Jaya, Horizon Hills in Iskandar Puteri Johor and Bukit Bantayan Residences in Kota Kinabalu.
