New vision, new slogan

The slogan aims to inculcate a sense of togetherness and encourage collaboration among SP Setia employees towards a more momentous undertaking. The word setia, Malay for faithful, illustrates SP Setia’s longevity as a trailblazer in the property market.

SP Setia recognises that it is only with the togetherness that the company has been able to journey this far. SP Setia now seeks to go even further and venture into international property markets. As an example of its determination and ambition in this initiative, SP Setia (along with partners Sime Darby and EPF) outbid Chelsea FC in acquiring the Battersea Power Station to develop the iconic site into a new riverside community for London consisting of offices, shops, restaurants, event space and residential apartments.
