SELANGOR: Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s 863-acre township in Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Aman, celebrated an 88% take-up rate for its final villa series in Hana Residences, as well as the launch of its lakeside bungalow show units.
The Hana Residences show units showcase the phase’s bungalow and semi-detached designs, with up to five plus one bedrooms for the two-storey lakeside bungalow units. The units have a build-up of 5,745 sq ft. The event hosted lion dance performances and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“We continue to see strong take-up for Hana Residences following its successful launch earlier this year, catalysed by Tropicana’s unique development DNA. This is embodied in features such as its high ceilings and spacious kitchens, with design touches such as rear garden access to Hana Residences’ linear park enhancing connectivity throughout the phase,” marketing, sales and business development executive director Ixora Ang said.
An exclusive preview for Malaysia Singapore Supercar Club (MSSCC) members was also held on Oct 7, 2023. Tropicana announced that a portion of proceeds from each MSSCC member’s purchase would go towards the Tropicana Foundation’s charity partners.
“Moving forward, we anticipate full take-up on the back of Tropicana Aman’s strategic location and vibrant complementary commercial components such as Sinaria and Triana, while giving back to the community through initiatives such as our MSSCC collaboration, in line with our commitment to environmental, social and governance principles,” she added.
Tropicana Aman has an 85-acre Central Park, with nearby educational institutions and commercial outlets. The township also has access to major highways such as the Elite, SKVE, Kesas and LKSA Expressways.
Hana Residences is Tropicana Aman’s last landed residential phase.
