Puchong, 14 November 2016 – To commemorate the completion of Epic Residence’s Facilities Floor, Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd organized ‘ A Night to Remember’, a party by the pool for its guests to dazzle and dine under the stars in celebration of yet another milestone achievement.

Guests were entertained with a mermaid show in Epic Residence’s infinity pool and feted to a barbeque buffet. Students from the residence’s neighbouring Taylor’s International School Puchong and Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina Sin Ming also made it a night to remember with musical performances.

The highlight of the event was the sneak preview of Epic Residence’s facilities for residents which has been completed, comprising the infinity pool, gym, reading room, games room, nursery and children’s playground.

Guests who booked a unit of Epic Residence on the event day itself were given an extra RM10,000 worth of rebates and incentives.

Epic Residence is a guarded luxury apartment project which comprises a well-balanced mix of private residences, commercial and industrial properties. Construction of Epic Residence commenced in 2014 and is scheduled for completion in April 2017.
