KLANG: April 21 and 20 marks the official launch of Ashino Residences, the fourth and final residential tower at Gravit8.
The name Ashino is inspired by the famed Ashinoko Lake in Japan; besides the name-bearing similarities, the design concept also mimics what Japanese people are renowned for—their love for minimalistic and zen elements.
According to the statement, Ashino Residences reflects the best aspects of Japanese home designs and offers homeowners the luxury of a peaceful yet modern abode. The tower consists of 280 apartment units and comes with six different built-ups, ranging from 871sq ft to 1,237sq ft with 2+1 and 3+1 bedrooms.
Residents at Ashino can also enjoy a 3-acre facilities deck that comes with a gym room, swimming pool, yoga deck, kid-friendly spaces and so much more. As for security measures, Ashino employs a 3-tier security system with CCTV and patrolling guards within its perimeters.
“Gravit8’s prime location and well-thought-out concepts have been well-received by Klang folks and its surrounding communities. We experienced strong take-up rates for the first three residential towers and are encouraged by the results. And now with our final residential tower launched, we hope that with our affordable pricing and comprehensive facilities, it will attract more discerning buyers to the development.” said Chuah.
With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.3bil, Gravit8 is an integrated development consisting of serviced apartments, speciality retail outlets, a mall, corporate offices, small offices/versatile offices (SoVos) and a 150 to 200-room boutique hotel. There is also a placemaking 8-acre Lakepark that is completed and designed by landscape architects Walrus Design.
