KUALA LUMPUR: In conjunction with the upcoming Deepavali festival, Grand Saga Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Taliworks Corporation Bhd and its joint venture company, Grand Sepadu (NK) Sdn Bhd, today announced a 10% discount for toll charges for the Cheras-Kajang Highway and the New North Klang Straits Bypass Expressway (NNKSBE).
Grand Saga and Grand Sepadu will be offering a 10% discount for Class 1 vehicles for a period of 24 hours beginning on the eve of Deepavali, starting from 12.01 am and ends at 11:59 pm on Oct 18.
Grand Saga is the company which currently holds the concession for the Cheras-Kajang Highway, while Grand Sepadu (NK) holds the concession for NNKSBE.
“We are delighted to give this 10% discount as an appreciation to our road users at both highways.
“I would like to take this opportunity to wish all Malaysians ‘Happy Deepavali’ and to take advantage of the toll discounts offered in visiting one another to celebrate the diversity of cultures and the unique Malaysian ‘open-house’ tradition,” said Grand Saga Sdn Bhd chief operating officer of toll division A. Rajasolan.
Grand Saga’s Cheras-Kajang Highway is one of the first four-lane dual carriageway in Malaysia which stretches at 11.5km from the Connaught Interchange, Cheras to Saujana Impian, Kajang. The 17.5km NNKSB Expressway which links Port Klang to Klang town is operated and managed by Grand Sepadu.
