PETALING JAYA: Masteron Sdn Bhd recently launched their sales gallery at Menara Choy Fook On, Petaling Jaya.

The company is expected to launch an industrial project worth RM3bil within the next six-years, which includes a few number of residential and commercial projects to be launched next year.

Datuk Choy Wai Hin, executive director of Masteron Group, said during Masteron Sales Gallery launching ceremony that the group would launch multiple projects in the first quarter next year including Vernando Sky terrace and the first phase of South Central City in Petaling Jaya, among others.

Commenting on Vernando Sky, he said that the development has been positively received, with more than 50% of the units have been booked.

Another project to be launched is the affordable Lake Side City phase two, Aurora Residence, a two-tower serviced apartment which has completed its first phase. The company targets to hand over the keys to the residents soon.

Lake Side City is the one of the Masteron’s major development project and the only remaining development in Puchong that has a large lake.

Lake Side City would not be the company’s only development in Puchong as Chua also pointed out that the company’s KR7 SOHO Suites is one of the latest projects in the group’s “KOI” series. It covers an area of 3.12 acre and has two towers with 311 units each for residential or office use.
