THE developer of T-Parkland @ Templer Park, B&G Majestic Property Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of B&G Capital Resources Berhad and not MCT Bhd as published in the article “Moving-in woes for apartment owners” (StarMetro, Aug 4).
The staff member quoted in the article Joyce Goh is an employee of B&G Capital Resources Berhad, holding the position of executive assistant.
Goh said the developer of T-Parkland@ Templer Park, B&G Majestic Property Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of B&G Capital Resources Berhad), would meet up with the condominium owners to explain the glitch in water supply.
She said the issuance of Form F, which is the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), was obtained in accordance to the procedure and guidelines set by the local authority.
He said it was mutually agreed between purchasers and the developer via an earlier agreement that the free-of-charge built-in furniture would be fitted based on a date and time to be determined by the developer after the CCC was obtained.
To-date, all 240 units have water supply and several owners have started moving into their units.
Meanwhile, MCT Berhad executive director Datuk Lim Kok Boon said B&G Majestic Property Sdn Bhd is not a subsidiary of MCT Berhad (formerly known as GW Plastics Holdings Bhd).
“T-Parkland @ Templer Park” is not a project by MCT Berhad or its group of companies and Joyce Goh who was quoted in the article is not an employee of MCT Berhad,” Lim said in statement.
