EXPECT to be spoilt for choice at the StarProperty.my Fair@The Curve in Petaling Jaya, in which participating developers are offering various promotional packages for those looking to either buy a new house or own their very first.
The fair is held from today to Sunday, from 10am to 10pm, on the mall’s ground floor at its Centre Court.
Among the exhibitors offering attractive packages is Tropicana Corporation Bhd, which has just launched the Tropicana 0% Interest Plan, a specially tailored financial scheme to help housebuyers own their dream home with an initial down payment from as low as 1%.
Purchasers who fulfil the conditions will be able to enjoy zero-interest instalment for up to 24 months in hopes of enabling them to settle the differential sum and zero progressive payments for a certain period.
The six developments offering the scheme include Bayan Residences and Cheria Residences@Tropicana Aman, Parkfield Residences and Ridgefield Residences@Tropicana Heights, Paloma Serviced Residences@Tropicana Metropark and Dianthus Serviced Residences@Tropicana Gardens.
The developer will be presenting its Tropicana Metropark and Tropicana Aman projects in this latest StarProperty.my fair.
Situated at the growing affluent neighbourhood of Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Aman is currently selling its Cheria Residences, a gated-and-guarded enclave of innovative semi-detached houses featuring the latest Japanese technology and built-in ventilation, home network and security system.

The new RM106mil flyover that will directly link the development to the Federal Highway will provide easy access at its completion in 2017.
