SHAH ALAM: Are you searching for an ideal dining experience satisfying one’s cravings for authentic Kampung cuisine, well look no further as Geno hotel has currently crafted a unique buffet dining experience donning the concept of “Selera Kampung”.
The spread will feature famous local cuisine, intertwined with shades of contemporary international gastronomy.
Guests that would step into the “Taste” restaurant, would immediately be greeted with an inviting and lively atmosphere, as well as staff that are quick on their feet.
While soaking in the ambience, one can look forward to an assortment of yummy local eats which include fish head curry as well as nasi biryani.
The established hotel hosts a variety of signature entrée dishes, offering over 100 different gastronomies, from local right up to continental.
The “Geno Bufet Selera Kampung” will be available every day until the June 23 from 7pm until 10pm. Charges are RM108 for adults and as for children, RM54 per pax while the meal for those under the age of four will be complementary.
The buffet menu is presented by Chef Jamal Azizi, boasting over 23 years of experience in culinary excellence.
The said chef is popular for his fusion signature dishes, such as the Fish head curry and other delights including Ikan keli goreng belanda as well as Ekor asam pedas.
In addition, oxtail soup is also one of Chef Jamal’s specialities.
