PETALING JAYA: Gamuda Land’s exclusive serviced apartment development, Jadite Suites, achieved the highest Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) scores for construction quality and workmanship in Malaysia.
Located within the Jade Hills residential enclave in Kajang, Jadite Suites achieved a CONQUAS score of 82.8 out of 100 under the residential high-rise building category.
“Since the adoption of CONQUAS in 2003, we have put in place even more stringent quality measures and requirements, and require our contractors, consultants and suppliers to adhere to these standards,” said managing director Chow Chee Wah in a statement.
Gamuda’s developments have repeatedly achieved the highest CONQUAS scores in Malaysia. Last year, Madge Mansions received top marks for residential high-rise building while Bandar Botanic have remained as the top-scorer for the landed property category since 2012.
BCA international project director (quality & certification) Mr Tan Boon Kee said Jadite Suites adhered to the CONQUAS assessment requirement for quality workmanship and has been rated as the highest scorer for high-rise residential building in Malaysia.
In constructing Jadite Suites, a low-density development with full condo facilities, Gamuda Land has introduced new material innovations to improve the quality and look of the building facades, as well as the durability of the common facility area.
To date, three blocks of Jadite Suites, offering contemporary designs, elegant interior layouts as well as panoramic views of lush greenery and lakes, have been fully sold. The final Block D is now open for sale, and all residents have easy access to the Eaton International School and nearby lifestyle amenities.
