PROPERTY developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is holding a “Marvellous Bandar Sri Sendayan” night to mark the launch of its Elymus Resort Homes project on Sept 12.
The developer of the sprawling Bandar Sri Sendayan township has organised a series of events from 5pm onwards on that day.
Among the highlights are hot air balloon rides, a 12-D movie display, Superheroes Walkabout, YoYo Rides, basketball challenge, LED juggler and unicycle performance, a Minion inflatable playland as well as a floating baseball challenge.
Guests will also be treated to a spread of scrumptious buffet throughout the evening.
“Apart from launching the Elymus show unit, the event is also being held to celebrate National Day and Malaysia Day.
“It is our hope that the people will turn up in full force with their families and celebrate the occasion with us,” he said, adding that there would be two units of hot air balloons brought in for rides.
On the Elymus Resort Homes, Lim said 64 units of the double-storey semi-detached homes would be on sale.
The units which come in 5,000sq ft and 7,000sq ft sizes, are priced between RM1.29mil and RM1.89mil each.
“Although the units are semi-Ds, their built-up areas are big, ranging from 4,415sq ft to 5,383sq ft,” he said, adding that Elymus 1 type units would have four bedrooms, six baths, a powder room and two utility rooms. Elymus 2 will have an additional bedroom.
Solid merbau timber, he said, would be used for the staircase and the first floor of the units.
There will also be a built-in thermal reflective insulation system, solar water heater system with pressure booster pump, CCTV cameras and high definition video intercom connected to the guard house.
Lim said the units were scheduled for completion in May 2017.
Simultaneously, the company will also launch the Suriaman 3 Elfora and Elforix Superlink homes during the event.
Lim said 385 units of the houses with built-up areas between 2,766sq ft and 3,510 sq ft would be up for sale.
The four-bedroom-four-bathroom units located adjacent to the Sendayan MetroPark and Sendayan Iconpark will cost RM563,888 upwards and construction work is scheduled for completion by August 2017.
He said those who turn up for the event would also be able to undergo free basic medical check-up as personnel from the Negri Sembilan Chinese Maternity Hospital (NSCMH) Medical Centre would also set up a booth at the venue.
“Representatives from the Matrix Global Schools will also be present on the day to advise anyone who wants to know more about it,” he said.
MGS, which comprised the Matrix International Pre-School, Matrix International School and Matrix Private School, opened its doors last September in Bandar Sri Sendayan near Seremban and already has an enrolment of 426 students.
The Matrix International School offers the IGCSE University of Cambridge ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels programmes while the Matrix Private School will follow the national KSSR and KSSM curriculum.
On a separate note, Lim said about 6,000 houses had been built in 2,093ha in Bandar Seri Sendayan and another 1,500 were under various stages of construction in its many schemes.
It currently has a population of about 25,000 people and once construction work in the new township is completed, the figure is expected to increase to 120,000 people.
