ECO World Development Group Berhad has unveiled five new projects in Penang, featuring rich colonial designs blended with elements of nature and art under its Design-Nature-Art (DNA) campaign.
Among them is Eco Horizon in Bandar Cassia, which is a 120ha township surrounded by thriving industrial parks and a growing population.
EcoWorld general manager (northern region) Chan Soo How said the DNA campaign redefined living, business and leisure at the company's projects.
“The DNA element is further expressed at Eco Horizon by a pair of flamingo-shaped lakes forming a unique attraction to greet residents and visitors after the grand entrance.
“The specially created lakes were inspired by the natural terrain which have been visited by flamingos before,” he said.
Chan added that the project would also feature gazebos, archways and roundabouts.
He said the lakes would take up a total of 5.5ha, making them one of the largest water bodies offered in a Penang development.
“Eco Horizon is EcoWorld's largest project on the Penang mainland, and the first gated and guarded landed residential development in the Batu Kawan corridor.
“It is easily accessible via the North-South Expressway,” he said.
Thousands of home hunters gathered at the show gallery on Saturday to check out offers under the Eco Horizon development.
A total of 40 lawyers were stationed at the spot to attend to them.
Also present were Eco World Development Group Bhd chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin and Eco World Development Bhd chief operating officer Datuk S. Rajoo.
Phase One of Eco Horizon comprises two-storey terrace homes of three different layouts with built-up space from 2,290sq ft to 2,601sq ft.
Prices of the terrace homes start from RM800,000.
The other projects also unveiled by EcoWorld under the DNA campaign are Eco Forest in Southern Klang Valley and Eco Business Park V in Northern Klang Valley, while other two new phases are within the Dremien@Eco Ardence township in Shah Alam and Whitten @ Eco Majestic City in Semenyih.
