Impressive coastline: The Penang WorldCity will be a happening and thriving mini international city.

TROPICANA Bay Residences, the first phase of the RM10bil Penang WorldCity mixed integrated waterfront development, has enjoyed a highly positive response since its soft launch.

To date, 90% of units in its first five blocks have been taken up.

The sixth and final block is now open for registration, and will be featured at the four-day Star Property Fair 2015 in Queensbay Mall from Oct 1.
