Residents of Elmina Valley precinct in City of Elmina will receive:
- Up to 300Mbps of complimentary TIME Fibre Home Broadband for 2 years
- TIME Home Forward (free local calls among homeowners and security guard house)
- Public WiFi at designated areas
- Hotspots at public parks within the Central Park
