KUALA LUMPUR: Developer KSK Land Sdn Bhd is currently holding a fashion exhibition to showcase selected works by eight local fashion designers.

The month-long event is themed “Confluential 3.0: Prêt-à-Porter’. It is open to the public daily until 19 November from 10 am to 5 pm in 8 Conlay Sales Gallery, Kuala Lumpur.

“Confluential is a term coined by Kempinski Hotel for the distinct marriage of confluence, confidence and influence,” said KSK Land managing director Joanne Kua in the preview of the exhibition.

Last year, KSK Land started the 'Confluential' exhibition series which showcases various art display. The latest instalment of this series is focused on fashion.

“Fashion is a common topic for everyone. This exhibition is a unique confluence of lifestyle, fashion and luxury. As a developer, our vision is to make these elements to come alive,” added Kua.

‘Confluential 3.0’ features eight local fashion designers that are active on the international arena, including Han Chong of Self-portrait, Khoon Hooi, Joe Chia, Jonathan Liang, Ezzati Amira, Kittie Yiyi, Cassey Gan and Moto Guo.

In September, KSK Land launched its second branded residential tower YOO8 Tower B at 8 Conlay. With prices starting from RM3,300 per sq ft, the tower has a total of 498 units, and sizes range from 705 to 1,328 sq ft.

Most of YOO8 Tower B’s buyers are from Hong Kong. Currently, it has achieved a booking rate of 30%. Ten percent of the units are signed and sold, according to KSK Land sales and marketing senior associate Cicy Suciani.
