PENANGITES who are looking for good housing deals should visit the Penang Affordable Housing Expo this weekend.
A total of 2,634 affordable housing units are available for registration at the two-day event which will be held tomorrow and Sunday at the ground floor of Prangin Mall from 11am to 10pm.
State Housing Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said 10 developers would take part in the expo to showcase their respective projects.
“Prices for the units range from RM168,000 to RM389,000.
Jagdeep said they were planning to hold more of such expos this year to keep Penangites informed on the available units.
He said that out of the 2,634 housing units, a total of 1,308 units were located in the northeast district and 497 in the southwest district.
In north Seberang Prai, 680 affordable units are available while 149 are in south Seberang Prai.
The projects available for registration at the expo are Tri Pinnacle by Aspen Vision Ventures Sdn Bhd, I-Santorini by Ideal Property Group, Granito by Taman Sri Bunga Sdn Bhd, Mutiara Rini by JKP Sdn Bhd, Iconic Vue by Iconic Land Sdn Bhd, Ramah Pavilion by M Summit Corporation Sdn Bhd, I-Condo @ One Foresta by Ideal Property Group, Prestige III by PLB Land Sdn Bhd, Hijau E-Komuniti (Bandar Cassia) by PDC Properties Sdn Bhd and The Park by Silver Channel Sdn Bhd.
