PETALING JAYA: Eupe Group’s first high-rise development in Kuala Lumpur, Novum had its topping out ceremony recently to celebrate the construction milestone of the three-tower project which has now reached Levels 41, 32 and 38 of Tower A, B, and C respectively.
According to managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee, the prime location of Novum besides one of KL’s most travelled thoroughfares in South Bangsar is an indication that Eupe is determined to design and build a project with a strong and lasting iconic identity.
“Our intention with each project is to redefine the precinct with innovative architecture in a way that helps give the area we develop in its own, distinctive identity,” he said.
Comprising three towers, Novum is a freehold condominium development and is a joint venture between Eupe Group and Chin Hin Property Development.
Novum aims to upgrade the lifestyle of its residents through its Celebrity Kitchen, business centre, 50m lap pool, BBQ area, Meditation Deck, Teahouse, floating gym and serenity spaces, to name a few.
Asked about Eupe's plans, Beh said that the company will be launching a residential project early next year and is scouting for more land banks in Malaysia.
“The property market is undergoing euphoric adjustments. This adjustment is helping the market to stabilise. The market should be recovering at the end of the year”, he said during the press conference after the ceremony.
He further clarified that there would be no changes to the price upon the establishment of SST in September. “We are unsure of the technical and procedure changes during the transition from GST to SST. So, we are not making a price change now”, Beh said.
Launched in Oct last year, Novum is almost fully sold out with just 25 units left and is expected to be completed in the second half of next year.
