PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd announced its financial results for the year ended Dec 31, 2017 where the Group achieved total sales of RM4.92bil of which RM859mil of sales were derived from I&P Group Sdn Bhd, newly acquired by SP Setia on Dec 1, 2017.
On its own, SP Setia achieved total sales of RM4.06bil. Local projects contributed RM2.55bil or approximately 63% of the total sales while the international projects contributed RM1.51bil or 37% of the total sales.
The Group recorded a pre-tax profit of RM1.27bil, on the back of revenue totalling RM4.52bil and profit attributable to shareholders of RM932.9mil.
