PETALING JAYA: SP Setia has won the prestigious Singapore Property Award 2017 under the category of Sustainable Development for its second development in Singapore, Eco Sanctuary from FIABCI Singapore.
Eco Sanctuary is a 24-storey condominium located at Chestnut Avenue and offers its residents the much sought-after panoramic view of Singapore’s largest nature reserve.
“Setia is certainly not a stranger to winning awards as we have already won nine FIABCI awards in Malaysia as well as seven awards in FIABCI Prix d’Excellence,” said SP Setia chief operating officer Datuk Wong Tuck Wai in a statement.
He has recently received the award from Mayor of north-west district Dr Teo Ho Pin in the ceremony.
“As we believe strongly in the Singapore market, we have recently acquired a development site near to the Beauty World MRT station of the Downtown Line, which shall be launched for sale in mid-2018,” added Wong.
