PETALING JAYA: WITH the advancements in technology, which has to lead to the introduction of consumer-grade drones for the mass market, Ho Chin Soon Research Sdn Bhd chairman Ho Chin Soon said agents should capitalise on this opportunity to market their properties better.
He added that by using a personal drone can be advantageous for agents as it allows for better aerial pictures and capture images from angles that are difficult to reach via conventional means.
The book also showed pre and post-development pictures of areas like the 2004 and 2006 development pictures of Mont Kiara, some of which were taken using drones.
He was presenting a talk on the hotspots of Kuala Lumpur and the means he used to capture the images of the hotspot, all of which can be found in his book during the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) recently held its 32nd edition of Malaysian Annual Real Estate Convention, MAREC’18.
This event aimed to highlight issues facing the future of the real estate industry and how it real estate agents can overcome it.

These figures are generated by the Ho Chin Soon Research GIS maps. All information about the area will be available with a single click.”
