IJM Land Bhd and FCW Holdings Bhd ushered in the Year of the Dog by hosting a Chinese New Year open house at Riana Dutamas Sales Gallery in Jalan Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.

A number of activities were lined up for guests and visitors to enjoy during the event such as tarot card fortune reading, colour calligraphy and dough art.

The highlight was the award- winning acrobatic lion dance troupe, Kun Seng Keng Lion and Dragon Dance Association, which performed jaw-dropping stunts and tricks.

All guests and visitors were then invited to join in a yee sang-tossing session followed by a scrumptious buffet lunch before everyone made their way to the show units to find out more about the freehold units from Savio @ Riana Dutamas.

At the event, guests were informed of their upcoming project – Riana Dutamas by 368 Segambut Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture company between IJM Land Bhd and FCW Holdings Bhd.

Savio@Riana Dutamas is the first of Riana Dutamas’ three phases of serviced residences that provide a variety of floor plans to cater to different needs, from young couples and families with children to empty-nesters.

Prices start from RM350,000, inclusive of bumiputera discounts.

Besides that, residents can enjoy seamless connectivity at its doorstep with the Duke expressway connecting road users to Sprint, NKVE and PLUS highways.

The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by 2021 and will be officially launched at mid-year.

IJM Land Bhd central region senior general manager Datuk Hoo Kim See said there would be three phases of the Riana Dutamas project.

“The first phase consists of 1,018 units built on 2.1ha of land.

“I would say that Savio@Riana Dutamas is unique as it has a strategic location, accessibility and convenient transportation modes,” he said during the media preview.

Hoo added, “Building good relationships with your neighbours is the basis of forming a close-knit community that looks out for one another and help each other when someone's in need.

“This is why our developments are centred on encouraging community get-togethers. Events such as Chinese New Year open house can create new opportunities to get to know one another and build friendships.”

Meanwhile, FCW Holdings Bhd director Datuk Anderson Thor Poh Seng said the project would be the company's first property development project.
