MAH Sing Group Bhd has introduced its latest project, M Aruna, a township in Rawang with a “secret garden” concept.
With an estimated gross development value of RM520mil, it aims to provide a green sanctuary that saves on energy consumption and encourages sustainability.
Spanning approximately 39ha of land with 805 residential units and 20 retail shophouses, the township will provide value for money, an area that is both spacious and functional and a thematic park complemented by the advantages of living in the mature township of Rawang.
Those who love the outdoors will enjoy M Aruna’s 0.4ha central park which will boast a tree house-themed playground, hammocks, jogging track, “kids bike challenge park” and a half basketball court.
Rawang is connected via KTM Komuter’s Rawang-Seremban route. The area is also served by buses such as RapidKL, Metrobus and SJ Buses.
Nearby amenities include shopping centres, schools and hospitals.
During a press conference, Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the project would attract people from surrounding areas such as Selayang, Kepong and Kuala Lumpur.
“As one of the leading property developers in Malaysia, we no longer just build houses, we strive to build sustainable developments for generations to come.
“This is our third township in Rawang and our presence spans approximately 194ha between the three townships.
“It is accessible via the Latar Expressway and New Klang Valley Expressway. Accessibility and connectivity is important and we will acquire more land and continue to develop more landed property,” he added.
When asked about the traffic congestion on the route leading towards Rawang, Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said, “I see it as an opportunity, it’s caused by road-widening projects.
“I was told that the Government had allocated funds to upgrade the roads and this will help in connectivity and accessibility.
Leong is confident that buyers will respond positively to M Aruna as they did with M Residence 1 and M Residence 2.
“We have more than 2,300 interested buyers prior to the opening of the sales gallery,” he said.
Guests who attended the launch of the project at the M Aruna Sales Gallery in Rawang enjoyed a lion dance performance to usher in good luck and prosperity.
M Aruna will be developed in three phases with Phase One comprising 196 units of two-storey link homes with a land area of 20ft by 60ft.
The project is expected to be ready in 2022 and the starting price for the residential units is approximately RM550,000.
The M Aruna Sales Gallery is open for viewing from 10am to 6pm daily. Currently available for public viewing are the fully-furnished units of Avery and Carissa from Phase Two.
