Property developer Agile Real Estate Development Sdn Bhd will be launching its maiden international project at 2.30pm tomorrow at its sales gallery in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz will be present to launch the 4.1ha Agile Mont Kiara.
The development features 813 units of condominiums spread across 11 residential towers with units ranging from 1,162sq ft to 5,037sq ft.
Slated for completion in 2019, Agile Mont Kiara is a joint venture between Agile Real Estate Development Sdn Bhd and PJ Development Holdings Bhd, with a gross development value of RM1.4bil.
The development marks Agile Property Holdings Limited’s first foray outside China.
