LESS than 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City Centre is Parc 3, a development that aims to give residents tranquillity through its nature-living concept.

A special app called New Digital Life can be downloaded onto the smartphone and tablet.
Residents can use the app to pay their utility bills, connect to local information, report maintenance issues and have them attended to promptly and make bookings for Parc 3 facilities such as the Celebrity Kitchen and Function Hall.
