IJM LAND Bhd has shown its mettle as a committed and devoted developer that builds landmark and iconic developments that spruce up and add value to the property landscapes.
The developer’s most recent township development, Bandar Rimbayu, which is located within the bustling Kota Kemuning corridor, is materialising into a close-knit neighbourhood that exudes camaraderie and warmth of community living.
The 1,879 acre-township evokes the nostalgia of the good old days’ form of communal living when life was simple and people lived close to nature, in a safe and supportive neighbourhood.

The township will be home to 10,000 households in exclusive housing enclaves, from affordable housing to luxurious high-end residences.
Since the first phase of Chimes houses was launched in 2013, more than 80% of the launched housing projects of about 1,590 units have been sold for a gross sales value of more than RM1.3bil.
The township’s social hub, The ARC, which currently holds a green roof deck and football field, will be expanded to feature a 16 acre Rimbayu Club Village.
This recreational club village will have facilities for healthy pursuits including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, children splash pool, gym and dance studio, badminton and squash courts, family karaoke and cafeteria.
Over at the commercial hub, the upcoming Blossom Square comprising 88 commercial units, is opened for registration now.
Exuberant waterfront destination
IJM Land’s waterfront project in Penang, The Light Waterfront Penang, took home the Excellence prize in The Wow Award category.
Clearly the most iconic development in every way possible, it exhibits elegance and exuberance in its architectural style and design.
The iconic waterfront development on Penang’s eastern coastline has the potential to join the ranks of the world’s top waterfront developments.
Undertaken by Jelutong Development Sdn Bhd, it fuses visionary architectural concepts with eco-friendly elements, offering a unique, nautical-themed lifestyle. It has been certified as a Green Building Index (GBI) development for incorporating environmentally sustainable elements in its development plan and design.

Units available at The Light Collection III comprise of duplex townhouses with built-up from 3,143 sq ft and condominium units that are from 2,174 sq ft.
The Light Collection IV comprises three blocks of condominiums and water villas featuring unique, high-end waterside living with private jetties. The condominiums come in sizes of 1,991 sq ft onwards while the water villas are sized from 7,018 sq ft.
It has won multiple awards including the winner in the Master Plan category at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2014 and World Silver Award in the Master Plan category at the FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Awards 2015.
Recently, it was named as the national record holder in the Malaysia Book of Records 2015 for the First Marine Ecosystem In a Residential Precinct.
